Great machine, Service is so-so

Pretty happy with my Monster. I paid extra for the various attachments ( premium leg press, jammers, leg curl, etc). The hardware is well-designed and high quality.

Service wasn’t great. I was promised free attachments that didn’t materialize and when I had an issue, it seemed to take months to resolve. For example, the weight stack has plate holders welded to it on both sides. This didn’t correspond to the photos (to be fair, it was pictured in some) and created a big problem as I have a very tight space and kept bashing my knees on them. After months of chats and emails, I had to fork over a few more hundred to get the right plates that were pictured in the initial photo that was on the website at the time.

All in all a good experience but some room to grow on the customer service. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience

Gym quality equipment for very good price. Bought the Mr. Monster and it's an incredible machine. Provides all I need for my workouts. Shipping was efficent, worry free and on time. The cable system is very smooth.

The customer service is beyond excellent. Daniel is quick to respond to emails or calls and very helpful with questions or issues. Highly recommend any purchase. Will be buying more equipment and accessories from Befitnow.

Nice machine

I was please with the build quality. It seems to be a sold machine so far.
The directions for assembly missed a few points that caused me to back and a redo a step or 2 but not a big deal.
One issue I came into is the spacing of the pegs for olympic plate storage.
The spacing is not far enough apart and our plates overlap eachother making it quite annoying if you want a plate that is behind another.
There is plenty of room on the side for the pegs spacing... they should have been further apart.

Aside from that... happy so far.
