Befitnow Canada warrants that the Product you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes both commercial and personal use of the equipment. We provide industry leading warranty as we stand by all our products.

Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase.

This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you.

This Warranty becomes valid only if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product.

All our products are certified and tested to commercial or non-commercial standards depending on the product! If by any chance there is a manufacturing defect, we will compensate by providing the necessary components needed to make sure the machine functions as per requirements. Wear and tear and misuse of the product will not be covered by the warranty. Any returns that need to be shipped will be covered at the full expense of the client unless made prior arrangements


Lifetime Warranty

A lifetime warranty covers all products sold by Befitnow Canada, including all Massage chairs. A lifetime warranty covers all components of the products under regular usage. We do not believe in a "Structural" warranty but believe in covering the entire product from defects. Befitnow Canada will not cover cosmetics as part of the warranty. Befitnow Canada will ask for pictures and videos to determine the nature of the breakage/damage and will decide the appropriate response. We ensure that our products meet commercial and residential standards across Canada and US. We will always assist and ensure that your product is functioning as per requirements

During the warranty period, Befitnow Canada will at no additional charge, repair or replace the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal circumstances. In repairing the product Befitnow may replace the parts that are damaged or simply replace the product. 

Starting from February 6th we have changed our return policy to better serve our customers

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 180 days from receipt of the order to return it for a refund, less the delivery fee/installation fee and 3% transaction fee if paid by credit card. We provide the longest return policy in the industry. We may require you to answer a few questions to understand what is the nature of the return so we can continue to improve our services and products.

Please note if the product is not in stock or is on back order, the amount paid will act as a deposit for the equipment. Deposits are refundable at the discretion of staff depending on when the order was placed. Please keep in mind as you put a deposit we reserve your equipment and cancelling this causes issues.

All custom products cannot be returned or refunded. Custom products include but or not limited to custom colour, modifications, or any requirements made that are not considered "standard". We will notify you by email within 7 days if your order is classified as custom. We do our best to produce custom machines within 10 weeks however this is not guaranteed. This date can change due to global circumstances and a delay in the order will not allow you to become eligible for a refund.

All returned products must be in the original box and include all documentation, parts, and accessories. All items must be in like new condition. We understand that the product will not be in brand new condition but it should be as close to brand new condition as possible. Please note if the original packaging is not included and the condition of the items are not brand new, a restocking fee may apply at the discretion of the staff

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the wrong product is shipped to you, you have up to three business days from when the order is received to contact us in order for us to find and agree upon a solution. If a wrong product is shipped, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
1) Ship you the correct product free of charge and take back the current product you received
2) Offer you a price discount on the wrong product and you agree to keep the product you have.

Please note, if you proceed with option two and agree to keep the other product, you cannot contact us in the future and explain you are not satisfied with your product. Please ensure you are happy with the product received before agreeing to keep it

Some products may have a tolerance to the measruments or specfications provided. Rubber mats by their nature will have a tolerance, same with rubber plates

  • Terms and Conditions of Sales - Canada These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of the products (“Products” or “Product”) by BeFitNow (“Seller”). 1. Limited Warranty Seller warrants good and free title in the Product and that the Product will conform to Manufacturer published specifications if any exist, or to such other quality standards and/or measurements the parties have attached to this document or subsequently have agreed upon in writing. Seller makes no warranty as to any results Buyer might obtain in Buyer’s use(s) for the Product. These warranties extend only to Buyer. Seller makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to Product, express or implied, respecting merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Seller makes no other warranties extending beyond the description of the Product, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance or in any process. Smith machines comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty
  • Limitation of Liability Buyer will examine the Product promptly after receipt for damage, defects, and non-conformance with the description published on the website. Buyer must give Seller written notice of the existence of each claim involving Product (whether based in contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, other tort or otherwise) within the earlier of twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the of Product. A failure by Buyer to give such notice within the applicable time constraint will constitute an absolute and unconditional waiver of all such claims. The buyer assumes all risks of any use Buyer makes of the Product. Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any accidents, personal injury or death resulting from the use of the Product. In no event will either party have liability to the other for any incidental, consequential, exemplary or special damages.
  • Ordering & Limits Seller may discontinue any Product sold hereunder at any time unless Buyer and Seller have otherwise agreed in writing. Deposit is not refundable by any circumstances
  • Payment & Credit Seller may require advance cash payments, COD, shorter terms, and/or the posting of satisfactory security by Buyer, and may withhold delivery until Buyer complies.
  • Delivery and Installation: All deliveries and installations are done by third parties and external contractors. Befitnow Canada is not responsible or liable for any damage, altercations, or issues that arise with the third party. Befitnow Canada does not make any money on any delivery and installation quotes provided. It is the customer's responsibility to acquire all necessary information about the product prior to installation to ensure it will fit in the desired space. If the product does not fit when the moving and installation team arrives, it is your responsibility to cover all costs of but not limited to fuel, packaging, and labour of bringing back the product
  • Governmental Constraints If a present or future law, governmental decree, order, regulation, or ruling under any existing or future legislation prevents Seller from increasing or revising the price as provided herein, or nullifies or reduces any price or price increase hereunder, upon written notice from one to the other Seller and Buyer will attempt to identify mutually agreeable changes to conform this contract with such law, decree, order, regulation, or ruling. If the parties cannot agree upon and implement such changes within thirty (30) days after such notice, Seller shall thereupon have a right to terminate this contract forthwith by written notice to Buyer.
  • Terms Adjustment Seller may cancel the order at any time and to refund the amount paid by Buyer with no interest and any other liabilities of any kind related directly or indirectly to the Product sales.
  • Taxes Buyer will reimburse Seller for all federal, provincial, local or other taxes (other than income taxes), duties, sales taxes, excises or charges, including superfund taxes and fees, which Seller must pay in connection with the manufacture and supply of Product, but only those amounts not already included in the price at the commencement of this contract

The Befitnow Canada mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Befitnow Canada (“Befitnow Canada”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Befitnow Canada’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Befitnow Canada through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Befitnow Canada. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. We currently offer shipping within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Issues:

Order Changes and Cancellations:
